No. Site visits and first meetings within Ankara are free of charge. The site visit does not commit you to any contract.
How does the quotation process work?
During the site visit, we measure the space and listen to your expectations. We then prepare a written quotation showing the scope of work, the materials to be used and the labour item by item. We review the quotation together and adjust the scope if necessary.
Why don’t you give a fixed price per square metre?
Two flats of the same size can cost very different amounts depending on the condition of the installations, the materials chosen and the scope of the work. To avoid misleading you, we give the price as a clear quotation after the site visit.
Do you handle both design and execution?
Yes. The team that prepares the interior design project and the team that carries out the work are under the same roof. If you prefer, you can also use our design-only or execution-only service.
How do we choose materials?
We offer options based on the intended use, your budget and the durability you expect. We can examine samples together at our office or in suppliers’ showrooms. The final decision is always yours.
Can renovation be carried out while we live in the home?
It depends on the scope of the work. It is possible for work that can proceed room by room; for comprehensive projects where the kitchen, bathroom and installations are renewed together, we may recommend moving out for a short period. We assess this together during the site visit.
How will I know how long the work will take?
The duration depends on the scope of the work. We provide a work schedule with the quotation and share progress regularly during the works.
What is needed for building retrofitting?
First, the current condition of the building needs to be assessed. Retrofitting designs are prepared based on a licensed engineer’s calculations and go through the municipal approval process. For work affecting shared areas, a decision by the flat owners is also required. For details, see our building retrofitting page.
What kind of services do you provide in the urban transformation process?
Following the designation of a building as at risk, we provide contracting services in the rebuilding process, and for suitable buildings we also consider the retrofitting option. Details are on our urban transformation page.
Do you provide services outside Ankara?
We work throughout Ankara. For other provinces, call us to discuss the scope of the work and let’s talk it through together.
What happens if a problem arises after the work is finished?
For workmanship-related problems noticed after handover, simply get in touch; our team will inspect the situation on site and plan a solution.
Do you work with complex or apartment building managements?
Yes. For external insulation, roof renewal and shared area work, we prepare a scope and quotation that managements can use at their decision meetings.
