What Do We Do During the Site Visit?
The site visit is the foundation of the quotation. During this visit, we do not just take measurements; we also think through with you how the work will be carried out.

Preparing for the Site Visit
Example images you like, and a plan of the space or previous project files if you have them, make the site visit more productive. Sharing your budget range also helps us present the materials and solutions that suit you best.

Our team calls you, asks a few preliminary questions and sets a convenient day for the site visit.

Site visit
We come to your property, take measurements, inspect the existing building services and structure, and listen to your expectations.

Design and quotation
Depending on the scope of work, we prepare drawings, material proposals and an itemised quotation and send them to you.

Approval and planning
We review the quotation together, adjust the scope if necessary and finalise the work schedule.

Execution
With your approval, we start work on site, keep you informed at every stage and hand over the job clean and tidy.

Yes. We do not charge for site visits and initial meetings within Ankara, and the site visit does not commit you to any contract.
When will the quotation be ready?
The time needed to prepare the quotation depends on the scope of the work. For small jobs it is quicker; for jobs that require a design, it is prepared together with the drawing stage. We let you know during the site visit.
Do you give a price during the site visit?
A price given before the scope is clear can be misleading. That is why we provide a written, itemised quotation after the site visit.
Can I request a site visit outside Ankara?
We work mainly throughout Ankara. For other provinces, give us a call to discuss the scope of the work.
