Retrofit, Renovate or Rebuild?
As the owner of an older building, this is usually your first question. The answer depends on the building’s current condition. Any decision made without examining the structural system, the concrete quality and the ground conditions would be guesswork.
That is why, wherever retrofitting may be an option, the process begins with an assessment. Retrofit designs are prepared based on calculations by a licensed engineer and go through the municipal approval process. Based on the assessment, we discuss openly which option suits the building: building retrofitting, a comprehensive older building renovation or urban transformation.

Order and Transparency on Site
The most common complaint about construction and renovation work is uncertainty: what stage the job is at, when it will finish, where the budget is going. Before we start, we present an itemised quotation and work schedule, and we keep you informed regularly throughout.
We inspect service lines, insulation layers and reinforcement details before they are covered up and, where needed, report on them with photographs. That way you can be sure that even the work no one will see later has been done properly.

For Complex and Apartment Building Management

Depending on the building’s condition, methods such as carbon fibre wrapping, reinforced concrete jacketing or new shear walls are used. The method to be applied is determined by the retrofit design prepared by a licensed engineer.
Can residents stay in the building during retrofitting?
That depends on where the work takes place and its scope. For some work it is possible to proceed section by section; we clarify this at the survey and design stage.
What determines the cost of external wall insulation in Ankara?
Façade area, the type and thickness of the insulation material, scaffolding requirements and the façade’s current condition determine the price. We provide a firm quotation after the site survey.
Do you also take on small renovation jobs?
Yes. We also handle jobs such as a single bathroom, one service line or a roof repair. We define the scope together during the survey.
Is urban transformation or retrofitting the better choice?
No decision can be made without assessing the building’s technical condition, the owners’ expectations and the zoning conditions together. As a team that knows both options, we explain the pros and cons openly.
