In older complexes, plumbing is often worn out, wet areas are cramped and kitchens are closed off. In these apartments we start by assessing the condition of the plumbing and electrical systems, and then revisit the layout of the space with you.

For work inside residential complexes, working hours that comply with the management rules, protection of shared areas and removing debris without disturbing the neighbours are a natural part of our work schedule.

Villas and terraced houses with gardens, however, call for a different discipline than apartments. When the loft, basement and façade are included in the renovation, we plan the teams floor by floor and move on to the interior only once the outer shell is complete. This way, we prevent new paint and flooring from being damaged by rain or damp.

We send you weekly progress updates with photos, so you know what stage the work is at without having to visit the site. When the job is finished, you are left with a list showing which material was used where; should a repair ever be needed, this record makes things easier.
