Home Decoration in Çayyolu
We don’t design your home like a magazine spread, but around the flow of your day: orderly, spacious and easy to live in.
Overview
If you are looking for an interior designer in Çayyolu for your home decoration, there is one thing we would like you to know first: good decoration doesn’t start with choosing furniture, but with understanding how you live at home. Where breakfast is eaten, where the children do their homework, how guests are welcomed; every one of our design decisions grows out of these questions.
Our office in Konutkent is right next to Çayyolu. With the local knowledge gained from 20 years of working in homes in this area, we read your flat’s light, layout and orientation correctly from the very first visit.
01
How We Approach Decoration in Çayyolu Homes
Çayyolu’s housing fabric is varied: spacious flats from the cooperative era, residential complex blocks that rose later, terraced houses with gardens and villas all stand side by side in the same neighbourhood. This variety means a single style will not suit every home. In older flats, we usually focus on opening up divided and dark spaces; in newer blocks, on giving character to surfaces that were handed over in a standard finish.
The request we hear most often in Çayyolu is for an order that keeps busy family life from turning into clutter. That is why we put storage at the heart of the design, suggesting shoe and coat cupboards in the entrance hall, closed shelving integrated with the TV unit in the living room and furniture in children’s rooms that can adapt as they grow.
For colours and materials, we turn to easy-on-the-eye natural tones inspired by the neighbourhood’s abundant greenery.
In terraced houses with gardens and villas, the relationship between the interior and the garden becomes part of the design. Decisions such as keeping the area in front of the garden door clear or creating a winter garden or a seating area by the glass directly raise the quality of everyday life in these homes.
- Layouts suited to family life
- Built-in and concealed storage solutions
- A colour and material palette in natural tones
- A layered lighting plan

From Interior Design Consultancy to Turnkey Delivery
Some of our clients only want a roadmap: they take our colour, layout and material recommendations and carry out the work themselves. Others leave everything to us, from design to execution. We work in both models, and we decide together at the first meeting which one suits you best.
When we take on the execution, we run painting, flooring, lighting, curtains and bespoke furniture on a single schedule, making sure the design doesn’t stay on paper. If a comprehensive renovation is needed, we plan it together with our turnkey renovation in Çayyolu service.
Throughout the process, a single interior designer is your point of contact; you pass your decisions, change requests and questions directly to them. Thanks to our office’s proximity, we visit the site frequently during the works and don’t allow any gap to open up between design and execution. To get acquainted, simply write to us on WhatsApp or call 0312 240 51 51.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can’t find the answer you are looking for? Give us a call — we will listen to your project and answer your questions right away.
0312 240 51 51How does the first meeting with an interior designer in Çayyolu work?
We hold the first meeting at your home or at our office in Konutkent. We talk through your needs, budget range and examples you like, then take measurements and begin the concept work.
Do you only do interiors, or architectural design as well?
Alongside interior design, we also produce architectural solutions for projects that require spatial changes. Changes affecting the load-bearing structure are never carried out without the opinion of a licensed engineer.
How are interior designer fees determined?
Fees depend on whether we work on design only or on design and execution together, and on the scope of the work. We provide a clear quotation after seeing your home.
How many months does it take to decorate a flat in Çayyolu?
A simple refresh of furniture and accessories and a comprehensive transformation involving renovation take very different amounts of time. The duration depends on the scope of the work; we share the work schedule after the concept is approved.
