At Çayyolu Architecture & Construction, we plan villa and holiday villa projects across Turkey from our office in Ankara, carry them out with local teams and follow them through regular reports.
In coastal areas such as Bodrum, Çeşme, Göcek and Kaş, and in detached home projects inland, we develop solutions suited to the region’s climate, building tradition and zoning conditions.

How Do We Work Across Turkey from Ankara?
Design and project coordination are run from our office in Ankara, while on site we work with local teams bound to the work schedule. We visit the site at critical stages, and in between, progress is shared with you through weekly photos, videos and written reports.

The Process for Your Remote Project

Initial meeting
We discuss your expectations, your plot and your budget framework by phone or video call.

Plot visit
We see the plot in person and examine its zoning status and the local conditions.

Design and permit
The concept, architectural and engineering designs are prepared, and the permit process is followed through.

Contract and work schedule
The scope, payment plan, reporting and handover conditions are put in writing.

Construction and reporting
Work on site follows the work schedule, and progress is shared through regular reports.

Handover
A joint inspection is carried out, outstanding items are closed out and the building is handed over with a signed handover report.

We are based in Ankara and consider villa, holiday home and detached home projects in every province of Turkey. Coastal areas such as Bodrum, Çeşme, Göcek and Kaş are also included.
Can you give a quote without seeing the plot?
We can give you a preliminary idea; however, a firm quote requires seeing the plot in person and examining its zoning status.
I will not be able to visit the site often; how will I stay informed?
In line with the work schedule, we share weekly photos, videos and written progress reports, and we plan site visits together at critical stages.
Do you work with local tradespeople?
On site, we generally work with local teams who know the region and its climate. Coordinating the teams, approving materials and quality control are our responsibility.
