Villa Decoration and Villa Interior Design in Ankara
We treat your villa as a whole, with its generous volumes, multi-storey plan and garden, and stand by you as a single point of contact from design to execution.
Overview
A villa calls for a different discipline from an apartment. If high ceilings, double-height spaces, staircases, basements and attic floors and the façades opening onto the garden are not considered together, you end up with rooms disconnected from one another. In our villa interior design service, we plan your home not floor by floor but around the flow of daily life: before drawing anything, we talk about how moving from the kitchen to the terrace in the morning, or from the living room to the garden in the evening, should feel.
At Çayyolu Architecture & Construction, we have been working in Ankara’s western corridor for 20 years. We know the ground conditions, climate and building characteristics of villa-dense areas such as İncek, Gölbaşı, Beysukent and Konutkent first-hand. When you are looking for villa design in Ankara, finding interior design and construction expertise at the same table minimises surprises on site. Whether you are planning a design from scratch for a newly handed-over villa or a comprehensive villa renovation for your existing home, you can request a free site visit as the first step.
Our Services
What We Do in Villa Interior Design
Every villa carries a different way of life. We define the scope of our services together, according to your needs.
Concept and spatial planning
We rework the floor plans, double-height spaces and circulation, creating a spatial arrangement suited to your family’s routine and a consistent stylistic language.
Turnkey villa interior design
A single team runs the whole process, from design and material selection to craftsmanship and the final accessory, so you don’t have to coordinate between different firms.
Luxury villa interiors
By using natural stone, solid wood, bespoke lighting and made-to-order furniture in balance, we aim for a lasting sense of quality rather than ostentation.
Smart villa design
At the design stage, we plan the cabling and installation preparation needed for lighting scenes, curtain and climate control and security infrastructure.
Kitchens, bathrooms and wet areas
We approach the villa’s most heavily used areas together with ergonomics, waterproofing and installation safety.
Connection with the garden and outdoors
We design the transitions between the living room, terrace and garden as an extension of the interior, completing the outdoors in the same language.

A Closer Look
At What Stage Should Villa Interior Design Begin?
The most productive start is an interior design meeting held as the villa’s shell construction is being completed or immediately after the decision to buy. At this stage, wall positions, socket and lighting points and installation routes can still be changed. Changes made after the finishing works are complete mean both demolition and wasted materials.
If you already live in a villa, it is not too late either. In this case, we first inspect the condition of the building, the age of the installations and the insulation on site. If necessary, we plan the renovation together with older building refurbishment or villa retrofitting work, so that the interior design rests on a sound foundation.

Villa Renovation: What to Keep and What to Change?
Not every renovation means tearing everything out. Parquet in good condition, sound window frames or a characterful fireplace can be kept; on the other hand, worn-out installations, inefficient heating and inadequate lighting usually need to be replaced. During the site visit, we make this distinction together with you and direct your budget towards the items that will truly make a difference.
- The condition of the plumbing and electrical infrastructure is assessed through measurement
- Materials to be kept are marked on site, and new ones are chosen to match them
- Work areas are divided into sections so that life can continue in part of the home
- Dusty and noisy work is planned in advance and communicated to you

What Should You Look for When Choosing a Villa Interior Designer?
In villa projects, the ability to execute is decisive in ensuring the design doesn’t stay on paper. An interior designer working with a team that can make decisions on construction, building services and structural matters reduces delays and cost overruns on site.
At the quotation stage, make sure the work items are written out in detail, the material brands and grades are specified and it is clear who is responsible for each part of the process. For every villa, we prepare a clear, itemised quotation after the site visit and make sure you communicate with a single person in charge throughout the works.

Frequently Asked Questions

0312 240 51 51How does the villa design process work, and how long does it take?
The process consists of the site visit, concept, design, quotation and execution stages. The total duration depends on the size of the villa, the scope of the work and material supply; after the site visit, we provide a work schedule specific to your project.
At what stage should villa interior design begin?
Ideally, you should start working with an interior designer before the finishing works begin. That way, the plumbing, electrics and wall layout are shaped by the design and there is no need for demolition later.
How much does villa design cost in Çayyolu?
The cost varies with the villa’s floor area, the areas to be renovated, the grade of materials chosen and the need for bespoke manufacturing. That is why, rather than giving a fixed figure, we prepare a clear quotation after a free site visit. You can find area-specific information on our villa decoration in Çayyolu page.
Can we keep living in our villa while it is being renovated?
In most villa projects, yes. By planning the work floor by floor or section by section, we keep part of your living space usable. In cases such as extensive replumbing and rewiring, a short move may be necessary; we discuss this openly during the site visit.
What should you look for when choosing a villa interior designer?
Choose a firm that can carry out design and execution together, provides a detailed, itemised quotation and offers a single point of contact throughout the process. At Çayyolu Architecture & Construction, we handle interior design, construction and building services work under one roof.
Can smart villa infrastructure be added later?
Some systems can be added later wirelessly; however, for lighting, curtain and security scenes to work properly, planning the infrastructure at the design stage gives a better result.
