Villa Interior Design

Villa Interior Design in Beysukent

We reorganise your villa in the shade of its mature trees with contemporary comfort, without erasing its original character.

Overview

Beysukent’s villas have a different spirit from the developments in newer residential areas: the trees in the gardens have grown tall, the houses have acquired the patina of time and the streets have settled into calm. In our villa interior design in Beysukent, we consider preserving this spirit just as important as any new design.

Owners of these villas usually ask us for the same thing: keep the parts of the house they love, but turn it into a brighter, warmer and less tiring place to live. We plan our design process to strike exactly this balance.

01

Design That Preserves the Character of Villas with Mature Gardens

In Beysukent villas, the windows often look out onto mature trees and flower-filled gardens. We make this view the main theme of the interior: earthy and green tones, natural timber, and materials such as linen and stone make the interior feel like a continuation of the garden.

Rather than concealing the villa’s original architectural details, such as timber ceiling beams, brick fireplaces or arched openings, we bring them to the fore. New additions such as the kitchen, bathroom and lighting are designed with simple, contemporary lines that do not clash with these details.

In older villas, thermal comfort is also part of the interior design. With measures such as new window frames, heavy curtains and rugs, we help the house become both warmer and more energy-efficient.

In mature gardens, the shade of large trees can leave some rooms dim all day. In these rooms, we use warm white lighting, light-coloured ceilings and reflective surfaces to brighten the interior without sacrificing the trees.

  • A natural palette inspired by the garden
  • Bringing original architectural details to the fore
  • Simple, contemporary new additions
  • Interior measures that improve thermal comfort

Conservatories and Garden Rooms

In Beysukent’s villas with gardens, conservatories, seating areas by the glass and studies opening onto the garden are spaces we often dream up. They keep you connected to the garden even through Ankara’s long winters. If a structural addition is required, a licensed engineer’s opinion and the necessary permit processes are completed before work begins.

If you would also like to renew the garden itself, our garden design and landscaping works services create an outdoor space in harmony with the interior.

To have us see your villa, you can submit a free site visit request or send us a message on WhatsApp.

Can we keep the timber details of our old villa?

Timber beams, staircases and doors in sound condition can be restored and preserved. These details give the villa a character that cannot be imitated.

How long does villa interior design take in Beysukent?

The scope of the renovation and the repair needs of the elements to be preserved determine the duration. The timeline depends on the scope of the work; after the site visit, we give you a schedule.

Is it possible to add a conservatory?

It is possible if the condition of the building and the zoning conditions allow. Additions that affect the structural system require calculations by a licensed engineer and municipal approval; we plan this process together with you.

What should we look for when choosing an interior designer for an old villa?

Experience of working with older buildings, a conservation-minded approach and the ability to carry the design through to execution are important. We recommend discussing these points openly at the first meeting.
