With its low-rise buildings, mature gardens and quiet streets, Beysukent is a distinctive district in the west of Ankara. Most of the people who live here would rather not leave their home, even for a short while. That is why we have designed our turnkey renovation in Beysukent to be flexible: we can renovate the entire house in one go or, if you prefer, section by section while you continue to live there.
Whichever route you choose, every phase is tied to a single master plan and a single contract. This ensures that the work done in the second phase stays consistent in colour, materials and floor levels with the areas completed in the first.

Phased Renovation for Beysukent’s Garden Homes
Many of the district’s villas and garden homes are showing the wear of the years. Roof coverings, old-style window frames and electrical systems that can no longer cope with demand are the issues we come across most often. In a phased plan, we first renew the shared infrastructure of the house, namely the electrical panel and the main water line, and then tackle the rooms one after another.
At the end of each phase, we clean the work area and hand it back to you for use. Dust-separation curtains and floor protection keep the impact on the rooms you are living in to a minimum.
The greatest advantage of a phased renovation is that you can see the result as each section is finished and refine your decisions for the next one. For example, if you are not happy with the tiles used in the first bathroom, you have the chance to make a different choice for the second.

Working with Respect for Mature Gardens and Neighbours
Beysukent’s long-established trees and its tranquillity are what make the district so valuable. We stack materials in spots where they will not harm the garden and group noisy work into set hours of the day. If roof work is needed, we add our roof renewal and re-tiling service to the same schedule.
In Beysukent, some gardens are closely intertwined with neighbouring plots. When scaffolding or material deliveries are required, we recommend letting your neighbours know in advance, and we are happy to support you with this communication if needed.

Yes, this is possible with a phased plan. We notify you in advance of any days when utilities need to be shut off, and we take measures to protect the areas you are using from dust and noise.
Is a phased renovation more expensive?
Setting up the teams again between phases can lead to small additional costs. After the survey, we prepare clear quotes for both a single-phase and a phased approach so you can compare them.
Does the roof of our older villa need attention too?
We can tell you once we have inspected the roof during the survey. If the roof is letting in water or the covering has problems, we recommend resolving this before the interior work begins.
How long does a full home renovation take?
Whether the work is done in one go or in phases has a direct effect on the duration. The timeframe depends on the scope of the work; we share a written work schedule based on the model you choose.
