Construction Subcontractor in Ankara: A Reliable Team for Shell and Finishing Works
Whether you are a main contractor, an investor or an institution, we add a construction subcontractor to your site who fits your work schedule and takes on full responsibility.
Overview
On a large construction site, the most common reason for delays is a team taking on one of the work packages and failing to meet the schedule and quality standards. Choosing the right construction subcontractor protects both the main contractor’s budget and reputation. Çayyolu Architecture & Construction provides subcontracting services for specific work packages to contractors, investors and institutions in Ankara.
With 20 years of site experience, we know how a team needs to work in harmony with the other trades on site. We manage the work package you hand over to us with our own technical lead, keep materials and labour records in order and report progress to you. This leaves you free to focus on overall coordination.

A Closer Look
The Advantages of Working with a Construction Subcontractor
Finding a separate tradesperson for every work item spreads the main contractor’s time and attention thin. Handing a specific package over to an experienced subcontractor simplifies workforce planning, material tracking and quality control. You follow progress through reports and carry out on-site checks at critical points.
For us, subcontracting doesn’t just mean supplying workers. From the moment we take over a work package, we take responsibility for occupational safety measures, team discipline and the quality of the finished work.

What Should Be Considered in a Subcontract Agreement?
A healthy subcontracting relationship begins with a well-written contract. At the quotation stage, we clarify these points together:
- The scope and limits of the work, and which items are excluded
- Who will supply the materials, and to what grade
- The progress payment method, measurement method and payment schedule
- Occupational safety responsibilities and compliance with site rules
- The procedure to follow in the event of delays or incomplete or defective work
- Handover, acceptance and subsequent remedial obligations

Who Do We Work for as a Subcontractor?
Contractors running residential and villa projects can hand over to us the work items their own teams can’t keep up with during busy periods. Investors and landowners can strengthen cost and quality control by tendering specific packages separately alongside the main contractor. Institutions may be looking for a planned team for maintenance and refurbishment work in buildings in use, such as schools and healthcare facilities.
Whichever group you belong to, at the first meeting we discuss the limits of the work package, the site rules and how often you expect reports. You can call us on 0312 240 51 51 or request a quick preliminary assessment by sending your design drawings and bill of quantities via WhatsApp.

How Are Labour Prices Determined?
The labour cost varies with the type of work, the quantities, site access conditions, who supplies the materials and how fast a schedule is required. That is why, rather than quoting a fixed price per m², we review your project and specifications and provide a clear quotation after the site visit. Our quotation shows unit prices and quantities separately, so there are no surprises at progress payment stages.
Our Process
How We Work
01
Design and specification review
We review the drawings, quantities and technical specifications to define the limits of the work package.
02

We see access, storage and points of overlap with other teams on site.
03
Unit-price quotation
We present an itemised quotation and our proposed work schedule in writing.
04
Contract and mobilisation
Once the contract is signed, we deploy the team, equipment and technical lead on site.
05
Execution and reporting
We report progress regularly and carry out progress payment measurements together with you.
06
Acceptance and handover
We close out the snagging list, inspect the work and submit it for your formal acceptance.

0312 240 51 51What should be considered in a subcontract agreement?
The scope of work, responsibility for materials, the progress payment and payment method, occupational safety obligations, the procedure to follow in the event of delays or defective work, and the handover and acceptance conditions should all be clearly written into the contract.
How much is labour per m²?
The labour cost varies with the type of work, the quantities, site conditions and how fast the schedule needs to be. After reviewing your project and specifications, we prepare a clear, unit-price quotation.
Do you supply the materials?
We can work with either model. The main contractor can supply the materials, or we can include them in our quotation; whichever model is chosen is clearly stated in the contract.
Can you work on just one specific work item?
Yes. We can also take on a single work package such as shell works, finishing works, building services, insulation or the façade; we clarify the scope together at the quotation stage.
Do you also work on sites outside Ankara?
We work mainly throughout Ankara, especially in Çankaya and the western corridor. If you share the scope of the work package for a different location, we will assess it and get back to you.
