Overview
Every neighbourhood in Ankara has a different building stock. The interior design of a spacious villa in İncek and the renovation of a decades-old apartment in Bahçelievler cannot be approached the same way. We begin every renovation and interior design project in Ankara knowing the area’s housing fabric, the age of its buildings and the expectations of its residents.
Our office is in Konutkent, within Çayyolu. This allows us to reach the areas along the western corridor quickly, and we also work regularly in Çankaya’s central neighbourhoods. Select your area below for information specific to that neighbourhood.

Çayyolu, Ankara
The heart of the western corridor, where our office is located. Flats in residential complexes, villas and businesses along the shopping street sit side by side; we take on work of every scale, from decoration to renovation.
Ümitköy, Ankara
Known for its well-established residential complexes and homes with gardens. In flats worn over the years, requests for kitchen, bathroom and complete renovations stand out.
Konutkent, Ankara
The neighbourhood where our office is located. Within its orderly fabric of complexes and villas, we carry out interior design, garden landscaping and façade renewal projects.
Yaşamkent, Ankara
An area of newer development, dominated by residential complexes and villas. Decorating newly handed-over homes is one of our most frequent jobs here.
İncek, Ankara
Stands out for its villas on large plots and new residential projects. A natural setting for villa interior design, landscaping and bespoke furniture projects.

A Closer Look
The Western Corridor: Complexes and Villas
Along the Çayyolu, Ümitköy, Konutkent, Yaşamkent, Beysukent and İncek corridor, flats in residential complexes and villas predominate. Most requests in these areas are for villa decoration, home decoration, garden landscaping and external insulation on complex façades.
Complex management rules, working hours and the use of shared areas are an important part of planning in these areas. We establish the necessary coordination with the management before work begins.

Çankaya’s Central Neighbourhoods: Older Building Stock
In neighbourhoods such as Bahçelievler, Dikmen and Gaziosmanpaşa, apartment buildings that have been in use for many years are in the majority. In these buildings, rewiring and replumbing, building retrofitting and urban transformation frequently come up.
Çukurambar, on the other hand, presents a different set of needs with its concentration of offices, clinics and commercial spaces. Here, our priority is a work schedule that minimises the time the business has to close.

We work throughout Ankara. The areas where we are most active are Çankaya and the western corridor: Çayyolu, Ümitköy, Konutkent, Yaşamkent, İncek, Beysukent, Oran and Çukurambar.
Is there a charge for a site visit in a neighbourhood far from your office?
No. Our site visits within Ankara are free of charge.
Is management permission required for renovations within a complex?
Most complexes have renovation hours and rules; work that affects shared areas or the façade requires management approval. We handle this coordination together with you.
Do you work outside Ankara?
We work mainly in Ankara. For other provinces, you are welcome to call us to discuss the scope of the work.
