Turnkey Renovation and Full Home Refurbishment in Ankara

Don’t spend your time hunting for tradespeople, scheduling every job and chasing progress. Let us manage your home renovation from start to finish — all you have to do is collect the keys.

Overview

When you decide to renovate a home, the most exhausting part is often not the work itself but the organisation. Getting electricians, plumbers, tilers, painters and joiners into the right order, and tracking how one delay affects everything else, takes a great deal of time. With our turnkey renovation in Ankara, we take that entire burden off your shoulders.

From full home refurbishments to apartment renovations, from completely reworking an older flat to personalising a newly purchased home, we handle every job under a single contract with a single point of contact. Drawing on 20 years of experience, we first inspect your home on site and then present a clear quotation that shows the scope and cost item by item.

What Does a Turnkey Renovation Include?

02

Electrical and plumbing

Renewal of worn-out lines, a fresh socket and lighting plan, and replacement of water supply and waste water pipes.

03

Kitchen renovation

A kitchen tailored to the way you live, from layout and cabinetry to worktops and built-in appliances. Find out more on our kitchen design page.

04

Bathroom renovation

A complete bathroom with waterproofing, tiling, shower enclosure and sanitaryware. Find out more on our bathroom design page.

05

Floors, walls and ceilings

A Closer Look

The Right Sequence for a Full Home Renovation

When the order of works in a home renovation is wrong, finished work gets damaged and costs rise. Breaking up newly laid parquet to reach plumbing, or reopening a freshly painted wall for electrical work, are the best-known examples of these mistakes.

In a full home refurbishment we always plan from the inside of the structure outwards: first demolition and services, then insulation and plastering, then floors and finishes, and finally furniture, paint and accessories. Before anything is closed up we inspect the service lines and, where needed, document them with photographs.

  • Demolition and service infrastructure
  • Insulation, rendering and plastering
  • Floor and wall finishes
  • Kitchen, bathroom and fitted furniture
  • Paint, lighting and final checks

How Is the Cost of a Turnkey Renovation Calculated?

Turnkey renovation prices cannot be accurately expressed as a single per-square-metre figure. The main factors that determine cost are how much of the plumbing and wiring will be renewed, the scope of the kitchen and bathroom work, the grade of materials chosen and the current condition of the building.

That is why, after the site visit, we prepare a written, itemised quotation. The material and labour scope of each job is shown separately, so you can manage your budget line by line and set your own priorities.

03

An Older Flat or a New Home?

In older flats in Çankaya’s long-established neighbourhoods, renovation usually begins with renewing the plumbing and wiring and improving insulation; sometimes removing a wall or reconfiguring the space also comes into play. If a load-bearing element is to be touched, a structural assessment is carried out by a licensed engineer.

In newer homes in areas such as Çayyolu, Ümitköy and İncek, the request is mostly about personalising the kitchen, bathroom, flooring and wardrobes. If the age of the building points to a need for new services or strengthening, we also assess older building renovation and home structural strengthening options together with you.

How long does a turnkey home renovation take in Çankaya?

The duration depends on the scope of the work. A simple paint and flooring refresh and a full home renovation including plumbing and wiring require very different schedules. After the site visit, we share the work programme along with the quotation.

How are full home renovation prices calculated?

The price is determined by the extent of the plumbing and wiring renewal, the kitchen and bathroom work, the grade of materials and the current condition of the building. After the site visit we provide a clear, itemised quotation.

Is the site visit free?

Yes. The site visit and initial consultation are free for all renovation enquiries within Ankara.

Can I live at home during the renovation?

It is possible for work that can progress room by room. For a full home renovation where the kitchen, bathroom and services are all renewed at once, we may recommend that you stay elsewhere for a short period.

Do I need a permit for a renovation?

Interior refurbishments that do not touch the load-bearing structure are treated differently from works involving structural changes. If there is any structural intervention, a structural assessment and the necessary permit procedures become part of the plan; the rules of the building or residential complex management are also taken into account.

Can I choose the materials myself?

Of course. We offer options to suit your budget, and if you prefer, we can also install materials of your own choosing.
