For building management boards, the most practical solution is to complete façade repair, external insulation and painting within the same scaffolding period. Commissioning each job separately means putting up the scaffolding several times and leads to unclear responsibilities between different contractors.
For the final coat, we choose together between decorative render and façade paint, whichever suits your building’s character. To make the colour decision easier, we apply a sample to a small section of the façade and present it for the management’s approval. That way, the flat owners can decide after seeing the colour in daylight on their own building.

It can be applied over render that is sound and well bonded to the surface. Sections that are blistering, sound hollow or are falling away must first be removed and repaired; we make this distinction by checking the façade section by section during the site visit.
