Villa Decoration

Villa Interior Design and Decoration in Çayyolu

A coherent villa interior that shapes every floor, from the basement to the attic, around its purpose, with the staircase tying them together.

Overview

In Çayyolu’s villa complexes, homes usually spread over several floors: living areas on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs and, in the basement, a large space that is often not fully used. In our villa interior design in Çayyolu projects, we give each of these floors its own role while making sure the home is experienced as having a single character.

Having our office in Konutkent, right next to Çayyolu, makes it easy for us to visit the site frequently on villa projects. With 20 years of experience, we carry the design through to completion without compromise in our Çayyolu villa interior architecture projects.

01

Continuity Between Floors in Çayyolu Villas

The most common mistake in a multi-storey villa is furnishing each floor at a different time and to a different taste. The result is that anyone climbing the stairs feels as if they have entered a different house. We begin the design with a material and colour palette covering all the floors, then differentiate each floor according to its function within this shared language.

The staircase is the strongest design element connecting the floors. The tread finish, the balustrade detail and the lighting of the stairwell reveal the villa’s character at first glance. In Çayyolu villas, we treat the staircase not merely as a passage but as the sculptural centre of the home.

With the right design, basements can become the most-loved part of the villa. For uses such as a home cinema, gym, hobby workshop or guest suite, we plan ventilation, damp control and lighting from the outset.

  • A shared material and colour language for all floors
  • Details that turn the staircase into a focal point
  • New ways of using the basement
  • A lighting scheme planned floor by floor

From Design to Turnkey Completion

In villa projects, furniture, lighting, wet rooms, the kitchen and bespoke joinery are closely interlinked. That is why there is great benefit in keeping design and construction within the same team: every dimension on the drawing is brought to life on site under the supervision of the same people.

In areas such as the kitchen and bathroom, we bring our kitchen design and bathroom design experience to villa scale. If you would like to connect the garden with the interior, we include garden design in the same concept.

How does the villa design process work and how long does it take?

The process consists of the survey, concept, detailed design and construction stages. The duration depends on the number of floors and the scope of the work; once the concept is approved, we give you a work schedule.

How much does villa interior design cost in Çayyolu?

The cost depends on the size of the villa, the grade of materials and the amount of bespoke joinery. After the site survey we prepare a clear quotation so that you can see every item individually.

Can we turn our basement into a living space?

In most cases, yes. We assess damp, ventilation and natural light conditions during the site survey and suggest suitable uses for the basement.

What should we look for when choosing a villa interior designer?

The ability to turn design into reality on site, familiarity with the area and its building types, and the option of working with a single point of contact are important. We recommend asking us about these three points at our first meeting, too.
