Depending on the scope, we can work in phases by dividing the house into sections. For extensive renovations where services are replaced, we recommend moving out for a short period; we plan this together during the site visit.
Do we need permission from our estate management?
For interior work a notification is usually enough; changes to the façade, roof or garden boundary require checking the estate management plan and municipal permission. We carry out this check together.
How much does villa interior design cost in Bilkent?
The size of the house, the scope of the renovation, material grade and bespoke joinery determine the cost. After the site visit we prepare a clear, itemised quote.
How long do design and implementation take?
The duration depends on the scope of work; after concept approval we give you a work schedule and a handover date.
